directors
throughout the
company --
driving a major
culture change.
The widespread
rollout plan
required
seasoned
trainers with
the ability to
build People
Skills in highly
technical
individuals,
connect with
multiple levels
of management,
and promote
buy-in to the
overall culture
change.
Solution
Dynamic
Training Source
was selected to
be part of the
program's
worldwide
facilitation
team. We were
responsible for
facilitating a
substantial
portion of the
total training
sessions which
involved
reaching out to
hundreds of
employees in
multiple
regions. The
positive
response to our
training
sessions
resulted in our
being asked to
support this
initiative
throughout the
life of the
project, which
covered a span
of several
years.
