Who will conduct our training sessions?

Your training may be conducted by Susan, Lori, or one of the highly qualified training professionals on our team.

Do we have to choose only from the workshops listed on this site, or are you able to design custom programs?

We have a network of subject matter experts who specialize in a range of topics far beyond those listed on this website.  If you have interest in a topic other than those listed here, please contact us and we will match you up with one of our associates.

Are you willing to facilitate our company's own internally developed training programs?

Yes.  In fact, we are often approached to deliver materials that have been developed by our clients themselves or by third-party vendors.  Regardless of the source, we bring to all training sessions our skilled facilitation skills and ability to create a dynamic, engaging and fun environment for participative learning.

Can you certify our internal trainers to deliver your programs?

Yes.  We offer "Train the Trainer" certification and we would be happy to work with your internal training team to support their success with our programs.

How much do you charge for training?

Each project is different, and therefore we need to discuss the scope, development needs, timeline, and other requirements before we can respond with a fair and appropriate cost.  Projects may be quoted by a daily rate or on a total project basis.  Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will respond with the cost options.   

Are you willing to travel?

Yes. We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we can also serve your training needs in other locations.

I'm interested in booking you to deliver training at our company.  How much advance notice do you need?

The cornerstone of our business is flexibility, and we will do what we can to accommodate your training schedule.  It's to your advantage, of course, to contact us early in your timeline to help us meet your scheduling needs.  We can usually accommodate 2-3 months' advance notice.

What is the process to engage you to deliver training?

The process begins with a discussion of your company’s business and training objectives in order to help us arrive at the best solution for your company.  We work collaboratively and flexibly with all our clients.  Please contact us to discuss your needs, and together we will identify next steps in the process.
